Police carried out a Misuse of Drugs Act warrant in Penrith town centre this morning (Thursday 19th June) but officers left the vehicles at the station and had a short walk up the road from Penrith Police station to the property on Hunter Lane to execute the warrant and carry out a search the property.
The search of the property under the misuse of drugs act resulted in the arrest of two males aged 48 and 65 on suspicion of possession with intent to supply.
The two men remain in police custody following this mornings raid and their arrest.
